Foraging and thoughtful ways of living with nature
Incredible Edible UK offers foraging workshops alongside talks, retreats, and writing rooted in the UK’s landscapes and seasons
It all began with foraging — learning to notice, gather, and cook from the land. Sharing stories and food by the fire.
Today, that work continues through teaching, speaking, retreats, and writing, all shaped by the same attentiveness to place, season, and lived experience.
