Special Foraging Event at such a spectacular location

It’s a real treat to be able to forage on Pentillie’s estate .

The timing couldn’t be any better, as the woods and hedgerows will be bursting with delicious spring greens, meadows are blooming with aromatic flowers and estuary is offering its best.

£35 pp including lunch that we’ll cook together from foraged ingredients

Walking at a gentle pace across the castle’s estate we will identify wildflowers that make the best herbal infusions. We’ll be looking for delicious micro-greens that are superfoods and grow just on our doorstep.

After the workshop you will leave equipped with the knowledge and skills of how to blend wildflower teas with herbs from your garden; you’ll also know how to make a medicinal tincture and how to preserve fresh herbs.
